If that is a picture of the truck you want the out riggers are on it now just manual not the hydraulic  we have become use to. The Army did a lot of things with manpower.

This actually looks like a M816 not a M819

The op may be referring to the ground spades that were typically carried on top of the boom

The unit is tagged M819 but it appears to be incorrect by the rear body, To me all that matters is it does what I need. The manual stabilizers are not complete they are cut and tack welded on the pockets. I'll add a set of back hoe style to the rear where I need them. I don't have the ground spade for it was kept by the depot. Rear and front winches had no wire rope and are already removed along the front bumper assembly and in the container.

Keep an eye on the GSA bought a real nice 816 a few years back for 4500 they also come up on gov deals the price tag on that truck is pretty steep.
