First truck was a '77 R600. 300+, 10spd RR, manual steering, 34,000lb camel backs, 36" crawl thru, (1) 4" straight pipe exhaust. Back when it was fun to turn NH to MD twice a week!  haha   .....Hippy

Same as I read Joe. Probably a repower or a resaler whom knows no better. Long lost count of how many "350hp" mack E-6 powered trucks I've seen that had lesser engines in them; most 237's over the years.....

kinda like how every 8V71 Detroit is automatically a 318.   Have owned several 8V71's and many different  HP's.   Still it looks like a decent truck

I'm representing a customer with a 78' Mack R model , $6,000 obo . No title has been used for a farm truck for years. It is turn key. Has a Winch . PTO wet kit, 2 stick tree manual , Dayton wheels. Will offer bill of sale at the time of purchase.

Would be cool if you point out where the truck is located and add a couple of pics to represent the look. Vlad
