Freightrain 2,511
Had a good friend that did the same thing, only they found him laying next to his truck in the morning, much too late. Was only in his 40's. Hope your friend pulls though! Quote Larry 1959 B61 Liv'n Large...................... Charter member of the "MACK PACK"

66rmack 81
Sent a text out. I hope he gets better soon my dad just had a single bypass and a valve replacement. It was scary enough and we caught it before a heart attack. I could not imagine finding out the way his family did. Prayers sent to another brother of the road. Timmyb 739
So if I sent him a text from down under, would there be an area code in front of his number?
Brocky 1,218
Timmy That number includes the area code, BUT you will need the international number (???) for the States ahead of it.. Quote Brocky
Timmyb 739
Thanks Brocky, appreciate the guidance. Just sent him a text, hope he gets well soon.

You just put "1" or "+1" before the number when you call to the States. Might be needing to dial some numbers to get an international access from your local telephone net, I don't know. Just do the way you do for any international call (or text) using 1 for the country code. Quote Никогда не бывает слишком много грузовиков! leversole 11.2012
