it can be done!

Thanks, how difficult would u say, once the two set bolts are out should slide off the pins right, the side with the lever should pull right out I think?

Its q pain how ever with bolts out try get the non lever side out first it has no key!   the clutch arm has to has to come off as you need to remove the woodruff  key on this side and have to turn the shaft to get to it!once that is done the shaft will come out far enough to remove the fork!

You will likly have to remove the rear motor mount to get the drivers side shaft past the frame! you have a CL it has thick mounts it will gain you loads of space

Just a follow up, the bushing in clutch arm was missing or just worn out and he pin was worn real bad,way to much play, that's why I was having trouble adjusting it..

Glad you are gaining on it.  Worn parts will make it tough to make a good adjustment.

Got that right,an 1/8 of play = about an inch and half pedal movement by my uneducated calculations..

I have found to get the key out of the shaft it helps to get a torch in there after you have washed the grease out of the inside and heat that key till it red and let it cool.If will almost fall out.
