Please don't blame Watts. High prices for legacy Mack parts are dictated by Volvo Group. There's nothing that Watts Mack, or any other Mack brand dealer, can do about that. I agree 100% with you on this. I purchase from them in the past and will in the future. Every time i called except 1, I had a very helpful parts guy that was willing to spend the extra couple minutes to help as well.
