AMT Posted May 10, 2017 Share Posted May 10, 2017 Hello All .. 1999 RD , 300 engine Plastic Fill / overfill combination coolant fill tanks with STADARD pressure spring radiator cap, My Stant pressure tester cap is the correct diameter, However, wont catch under the lip on the coolant tank fill. The plastic fill tank appear to have a wide lip then the older Mack metal fill tank. Does anyone know if there's an adapter ? Ezrider Posted May 25, 2017 Share Posted May 25, 2017 this might not help you but i have a 2000 cx i assume the same plastic pressure/catch tank setup. basically 2 half circle tanks top pressure bottom catch tank i have a harbor freight test kit and it had a adapter that works on it. i think it was one of the ones with the two catch arms then you screw the center down to seal it.
