The military gets rid of pallets of 24 inch tube type tires many either new or real close to that for some screaming deals.

IN A NUTSHELL SIR; AMONG OTHER THINGS LIKE EXCAVATION AND SITE PREP, YES THEY ARE/WERE PAVING CONTRACTORS. SOME FROM THE EAST MAY ALSO NOTE THE SIMILARITY IN PAINT SCHEME TO J. SUPOR & SON TRUCKING & RIGGING OF A FEW YEARS BACK AS THIS TRUCK'S PREVIOUS OWNER, FRANK GACCIONE, AND THE LATE MR. JOSEPH SUPOR WERE VERY CLOSE FRIENDS.

I've always loved how tough RD's look. That truck is a fine example.
