Fuel in the oil

most likely the O-rings

replace hold down bolts at the same time.

may have to bar engine over to get some in place

change oil and filters

1-Fuel pump leaking fuel past the shaft into the engine.

2-There is a fuel galley plug under the front engine cover. Its under the cover mounting surface. They can come loose and leak. Removing the oil pan, pressurizing the fuel system and looking for the leak is the only way to find it.

I had a new EUP that was leaking fuel internally down into pan. Pressurized fuel system and dropped pan was the only way we located it. That turned into a costly deal just goes to show you can't count on new parts either.
