e9500v8 Posted September 17, 2015 Share Posted September 17, 2015 I have a random noise but only when running the pto and it only does it sporadically ! When it makes this noise it tries to turn the drive shaft. It is a loud gear clashing noise. I have 2 pto on this trans. So tomorrow I'm going to pull the 8 bolt pto to inspect. Any ideas would be appreciated. I have a couple of these trans laying around for parts. I know parts for them aren't cheap. So I'm hoping to tear it down and try to make a good one out of what I have.
