No, just a two-stroke.

Is that from the Island? If so, who was the previous owner?

I got it when Roanoak Sand, Gravel and Ready Mix's yard of cool old equipment was disposed of. Their yard was on Rte 58 in Riverhead. John (TRUCK1536) Thought his father drove it for a Nassau County company when it was new in 1961. Certified or Prefered ?? I don't recall who it was originally right now. It's been green and orange since new.

Thanks. I was thinking Astro or Cross but there were so many like that back then. Any history on the reefer in the pic?

Bohack Markets. I saved 5 units, 2 B models, 2 AC's and a White Mustang water tanker. The rest... about 100 plus trucks, trailers, dozers and cranes plus blades, tracks and booms were all scrapped.

That saw doesn't have a metal blade in, it will never work.

That saw was to cut foam concrete bricks, had treat-forged teeth but of the big size to work extensive.

Nice saves. All I seem to remember of Bohack's fleet are Whites and trailers like the one in your pic.

My first job was at the former Bohack's at the corner of Wm Floyd Pkwy and Montauk Hwy. Bohack had just shut down and A&P was starting a discount store similar to today's Aldi's. It was called PLUS (Priced Low yoU Save  ). I worked there for about a year and I think the chain was shut down a few years later.
