Looks like the M-Drive is the best thing Mack has to offer. Don’t hear anything really good from the maxi-torque or the rear ends.

That’s just it, you can’t.   Everything is expensive and you wait for days to weeks on parts.  That’s why there is a new Peterbilt over here.

Can't say I blame you Storkmack. Mack and White burned their bridges and Paccar moved in. Pacaar Daimler and IH are all that's left. Volvo kills Mack by keeping them on a tight leash.

UPS getting Kenworths and Freightliners now. KW was lowest bidder on trucks by 8k a truck.

Not surprising now that UPS is buying a lot of tractors with natural gas fueled engines now- Volvo doesn't have a U.S, Certified natural gas engine, and I suspect Volvo bid high just to keep Cummins engines out of Mack trucks.

Majority they are buying are diesel.

That's what I've heard, UPS's own PR says only 25% natural gas. I suspect the cost of natural gas fueling facilities are holding back adoption, seems only the bigger hubs can justify it. Have any of the Chicago area hubs gotten natural gas fueling facilities?
