  1. I agree with mackcl96, I think it needs beefier front tires! Still cool none the less. Figured I'd add these here, a collection of Titan's I've managed to photograph. (The first truck in the third row became the dump truck in the second row.)
  2. I swung by the plant this past Sunday, and was glad to see the amount of trucks there, much more than I remember seeing the past few years. I also spotted a new CXU for NEMF the other day, that looked sharp.
  3. Looks like details are finally starting to surface on the new Granite MHD. There is also mention of some refinements to the Titan... Mack Granite MHD
  4. I think the Titans are out there, they are just illusive. Maybe 3P can tell us how many were built so far (if he hasn't already somewhere). Just as an example, a local trucking company bought a bunch of Visions in '06, as well as one Pinnacle (CXP613). Since it was new at the dealer, I think I've only seen it twice in those 5 years, and I see a bunch of their trucks daily.
  5. My Mack dealer just delivered a Pinnacle daycab with an mDrive last week. I'll keep my ear open to how they like it. I saw it on the road yesterday, sharp looking truck too.
  6. Here's a link to a photo of a Granite sleeper test truck. Granite Sleeper
  7. I have heard of these before, and there are some sleeper kits for MR's out there. I'll have to see if I can track down more photos.
  8. As of 2/9/11, no new Titan either. Scranton's got that reddish purple 2009 CXU613 sleeper, a white '11 GU713 tractor, a teal '11 GU713 dump chassis, and two '11 Hino chassis. (There's also a '11 GU713 chassis that is entirely mint green (cab, chassis, axles, etc). It said "stock chassis" on the sticker, but the dash emblem said it was custom built for someone.)
  9. Can't wait to see it. I wonder if its going to be similar in size to Freightliner's new 114SD? Freightliner 114SD
  10. Well I don't think Penndot is having much better luck with their International WorkStars. There were two parked at the International dealer today, and a third was was towed in while I was there.
  11. Its funny you say that because at first I had thought it went back to Binghamton, haha. From what I was told, it wasn't sold to a customer, but went to another dealer. I don't know for sure if the the new one was ordered yet or not, but I'll have to inquire the next time I'm there.
  12. Very cool! I was wondering if there were any Titans with Allisons out there. It seems to make sense to have an Allison in a push truck.
  13. Just figured I'd update this thread for the new year. The white Titan is now gone, and a new one on the way from what I've been told. I just hope its not white...
  14. I have been hearing that Mack lost the Penndot contract; however, the most recent truck contract seems to indicate that they will be purchasing Macks, Internationals, Volvos, and Western Stars. Here are few newer Granite snow plows I've caught. (Last one is a soon-to-be plow truck)
  15. Cool, so I'm not crazy then. I thought I saw a new GU713 with their name on the door about a month or so ago.
  16. Pictures of Macks (other than Granites) that I have taken
