    Ahh ok. I'm only familiar with the ones that were on there from the previous website design, so I only had those to compare too. Mack actually built a few Pinnacle demo trucks around 2008/2009 with the Maxitourqe 6 speed for companies to test out, as I remember reading the articles about them. I guess the promoting didn't help as shortly after that the 6 speed was dropped from the line. It must have been their last stitch effort to see if anyone was still interested in that type of trans.

    Specs are still there, just not in "sheet" form. It's in a tab and sub-tab form. Seems to contain the same info they used to put on the sheets from what I can tell.

    I've been trying to assemble pictures of these Legends ever since they came out, they are hard to find though. I actually contacted the Mack Museum last year to see if they could tell me how many were actually built; however, this model was actually done as a "trim package". So they would have had to go through every single Mack RD order in the final year of production to see how many had "Legend Trim Package" on the order sheet. Needless to say, they weren't willing to do that, haha. Here are two that run locally for a trash hauler:

    The GU713 has a set forward front axle, the GU813 has a set back front axle.

    That second truck, the sleeper, is not a Coca Cola truck, that's a CXU613E (export truck). Here are two more from the order I saw down in Macungie with their fairings installed, the tag said it was a 10 truck order. They look pretty good IMO.

    Yeah the Cat CT660S has the CT11/CT13, and the Cat CT660L (L for long hood) has the CT15.

    Congratulations!!! Best of luck with it! I was wondering if this unit was sold, I noticed the empty spot between the two CXU's when I was there Friday afternoon. You sure got yourself one awesome Bulldog! Hope you don’t mind if I add this, but here’s a picture I took of it a few months back.

    I was really bummed that I missed getting a few pics of this truck. It was there when the bus pulled in, but gone by the time I got out of the plant.

    UPS hated their MaxxForce powered ProStars so much, they gave them back. They all showed up on TruckPaper for sale. There were all painted white, lacked IH badges, and still had their brown seats. Some still had the black, silver-trimmed wheels.

    Sounds like testing being done around the Powertrain plant. When I was there last year, every test truck, Macks, Volvos, Volvo Buses, and UD trucks had "Mack Trucks, Inc. Allentown, PA" stickers on them.

    Yes there is!! I see a ton of their DCS trucks around, I hope to see some of these!

    As of earlier this month, the M-Drive was still unavailable in the Granite, according to the local salesman. The ones on TruckPaper are missprints. If you notice, they are all from the same dealer, Nuss Truck & Equip., and if you look at the interior photos, they have Allison shift pads.

    I've been told the MDrive would be perfect for a dump truck, but as Rick said, it's not offered in the Granite due to the agreement Mack has with Allison. You could get creative though and order a Pinnacle axle forward (CHU) as a chassis and do a dump truck that way, I've seen a few pop up on TruckPaper like that, but your not getting a true "vocational" truck that way.

    Some of you in the PA/NY area may remember Coventry Transport's Titan. Here are three photos of it, the first when it was brand new, the second once it was traded in this past August, and the last after the dealer cleaned it up for it's new owner in September. Unfortunatly, I don't know who bought it.

    Just read the article today saying the production of the CAT trucks will be moved from the closing Garland, TX plant to International's plant in Mexico. They will also recieve Cummins SCR systems. There was no comment as to whether the Cummins ISX will be offered, or what the "15 liter" solution will be since the production of the MaxxForce 15...err CT15 has been cancelled. Glad to hear you guys love the new Mack!!

    Actually you can own an ex-UPS truck, or UPS Freight truck anway, there are a ton of their 2011 ProStar's for sale on TruckPaper. (Painted white of course, but some still have the black, silver trimmed wheels, and the brown seats.) UPS R-Models would be pretty cool though.
