    I have found out that mid 80`s to 90`s superliner and cruiseliner with E9 engine`s ran a 12/24 start without the use of a series-parallal switch, there was a starter relay with a resistor in line. Still searching for how it hooked up, thought it might ring a bell with someone. thank you.
