After thoughtful consideration, The ATCA Board of Directors has decided to cancel the 2020 National Meet at Macungie. Concern for the health and safety of our members combined with government social restrictions left no alternative. Currently, our business office is closed, but our office manager is able to access email and voicemails. Refunds will be made for show preregistrations when normal business resumes. We will post any updates on the ATCA website and on Facebook. ATCA asks all of our friends to follow all health precautions from the CDC and to remain aware of all requirement

He H-67 and similar models were introduced two years prior to the G. The G design was a carry over from the H. I have always liked the H-67 style, good ones are hard to find. I've looked at many over the years that weren't worth hauling home.

275, 6 speed, runs out about 70. The gravedigger has already started -plucking the ckicken off of it. It is going to be used most of the time but will show up at ATCA shows like the National Meet and Mack Days in Lititz. -
I helped the gravedigger exhume this last weekend.

1956 D model Dump Truck
Doug Maney replied to 41chevy's topic in Antique and Classic Mack Trucks General Discussion
The MH is on loan. It belongs to the Malo brothers in Canada. They saved it from export and loaned it to the Mack Museum. I believe it will be on its way to Canada before long. -
1956 D model Dump Truck
Doug Maney replied to 41chevy's topic in Antique and Classic Mack Trucks General Discussion
The D-series was built between 1955 and 1958. The 1955 and early 1956 models had a squared off grille, no additional trim pieces and no rear corner windows. The second styling added the contour grill with the fancier trim, corner windows as well as other updates to stiffen the cab. There were a total of 832 built. The unique way of accessing the engine was called the Verti-lift system. There was a mast behind the cab, similar to a forklift that contained one cylinder that was raised by a cab jack or an electric pump which was optional. The green one in the photo is mine. It is a 1956 D- -
I think I will put a Flex body on my 2005 Explorer frame when the body finally goes. It would be what should have been done with the Flex.

B Model with a Cummins
Doug Maney replied to need4steam's topic in Antique and Classic Mack Trucks General Discussion
D.A. Strickland and Jim Dixon both have B-77's with Supercharged Cummins. Daryl Emery has an LT with one in as well. -
I was there but didn't see you. We've seen each other quite a bit lately, I don't want people to start talking.
