  1. I can’t believe you are still working on this truck. In the time you’ve been messing with it I’ve managed to take the transmission pan off my 68 Nova and set it on the roof, put my 53 Chevy pickup up in jack stands and pull the front wheels and replace half the spark plug wires on my wife’s pickup. At this rate you won’t make it to Macungie next year, yet alone this year. I’ll never get to see this truck. Mike
  2. There is a carnival company in Northeast PA that runs Mack’s in this livery. I’ve never seen this MH though. Sheldon Endy has a Cruiseliner that was theirs and brings it to Macungie
  3. I don’t have a diesel to sell you be let me know if you want to sell the 707. Thanks. Mike
  4. I’m sure a lot Of them survived. Dave Prichard in New Hampshire has one or two of her trucks and is trying to sell them. I don’t know the price though, or which trucks. I think Mack Daddy- Dan Thomas has one in Oregon. Mike
  5. It looks great. I have no idea on the sending unit. I’m no mechanic. Mike.
  6. Even though it is not the original trailer it would be reasonable to save it. I don’t know what it would cost move it, but it wouldn’t be cheap to have another one built.
  7. He also said they were not taking the trailer. It’s a shame but it would be a huge expense to get it back to Basking Ridge.
  8. Thanks I assume they are original. The engines is not. I think it was run low on oil and replaced.
  9. I have a 1979 GMC Sierra 7000 firetruck with a 427 and Allison automatic. It only has 22,000 miles on it. I got it really cheap because they only got one other bid and didn’t want to sell it to that guy. It’s in great condition but geared really slow.
  10. I have a junk B model cab that you could have the gutters if you too them off. They are outside of Pottstown. I have not looked at in some time. Maybe they at no good. mike
  11. Great work. No surprise that it has soma battle scars.
  12. Thanks for the photos. Is the LJSWX a complete truck? If so, are you selling it whole?
  13. My 1972 CF719 came with a twin turbo 864 V8 and a 2 speed automatic Spicer. It was such a piece of junk the fire company considered junking it but then had the spicer replaced with an Allison. Mike
  14. I used the same electric fuel pump from Napa on a 707 too.
  15. Where are you located? My father has some springs in parts he bought a few years back. We are near Macungie.
  16. I would check with Chicago corvette. I got. Rebuild kits from them. Don’t remember if I got one for an EN540 or not. We usually put electrics fuel pumps on. Mike
  17. There was rust through above the cab and elsewhere. Still a great price for someone who wanted a nice project.
  18. I called the guy about it. The previous owner was installing a newer Cummins but never finished. There is rust on the cab. Big project, but pretty low starting price. It would be well worth it if you could do the work yourself. Mike
  19. I can look the next time I am near it. It is in my father’s garage.
  20. Nice. I’ll have to call about this. mike
