I don’t have a diagram, but have you changed the indicator ‘box’ that’s hidden behind the panel in front of passenger seat, under fuse panel?
-
How did ya go HD, did you get it cracking?
-
Spray some soapy water on hose from compressor to wet tank, I’ve had a few fail from heat.
-
I had similar problem after I put an alloy header tank on, kept pushing, turned out to be my driver was continuously topping up coolant to top of the neck.

That’s the wires that you need to check, One brake on each head (low and high).

Does it have a battery isolation switch? I had a bad one doing similar things once. Also had one with a loose cable coming off the back of it, only played up sometimes...

Yeah cool, must be close (I’m guessing) to 500 HP, my STANDARD 470 CCRS makes 32psi.

On a side note, apart from the idle issues how was boost and performance with bigger injectors?
-
I still find it a bit annoying when someone comes and asks for help but doesn’t tell us what solved their problem.....maybe it’s just me with the problem.

For what it’s worth, I have 6 E-Techs, they all have either 3 or 4 batteries each. I’ve never been able to start one with just 2 N70’s in it.

I also have a 2000 mack vision cx613 I have no power on a take off loaded. it is a real struggle to keep truck motor from stalling out when loaded at a stop changed air filter and no difference. was told it could also be turbo sensor. clutch is good bo adjustment need an clutch brake doesn't slip transmission guage and rear end guage all run normal temps with no sounds coming out of them. any ideas?
How heavy? Has it always been the same? Which engine/trans?

My Qantum has gone and done the same thing in my yard, I’ve done all the grounds I can find. So when yours done the sensor Gazza, did it ruin the ECM requiring a replacement?
BTW, for a little while now, mine had been bringing up code 8’s randomly, mainly 8-5 but all all them at different times.
