  1. I have been told to watch the compression ratio as the turbo motors had a lower ratio than the naturally aspirated ones. I have a turboed END 673D in my truck currently which according to specs should be putting out 225hp. I guess the secret is to increase the fuel for the amount of air you will be forcing into the motor, but not too much. The ENDT 673 put out anywhere from 205hp (early) to 225hp with the higher comp. pistons. The ENDT 673C was rated at 250hp with the lower comp. pistons.I have talked to guys who have put turbos on and cranked up the fuel only to lose the lower end of their motors. As goes the saying "Turn it up,Burn it up" Good Luck.
  2. Sad to hear about Snowy. What else could be said about this great Mack "Ambassador". Very proud to have met him and to shake the hand of the legend himself. He was an all around great guy who could hardly wait (seemed like) for the next question or request for material to come his way. He was truly" family" to anyone who follows the Bulldog. He will be missed. Good Bye, Snowy...
  3. Nice Cruise-Liner. I have a NOS Belmor bug screen for your truck if you pay the the shipping.
  4. Neat B. I'm considering doing the same with one of mine. What would you do different or add? Al( aka 57 BCR)
  5. Matt, Truck looks good....will have to wait for next year to see it in person. I am taking a year off from Macungie. Mike Lavery and I are thinking about going to Lititz though. Put a few miles on the BCR already on a cruise of US 30 that took us to Clinton,Iowa (3 hours by truck) and our spring opener, the "Sam Maggio Classic" antique truck show in Rockford. Finished my '41 Fruehauf Lowboy with help from a good friend, Scott Swanson and of course parts support by Dave. Was given a great running 237 so now I have that to think about although the 673 225 horse is still running strong. Hope all is well with you,Kendra,McKenzie and the rest of your families. Talk to you later on down the road, Al Rhino
