I have done everything I can think of to get this truck to pull better or atleast get better fuel mileage and nothing works, I have ran overhead, changed fuel pressure reg, changed fuel pick up pump, changed after cooler,changed boots, nothing seems to help getting a little less than 4 mpg and losing 10 to 20 mph on normal hills loaded or empty, is this normal for an e-tech e7 427 ?
