  1. dont waste your time. I contacted find it parts yesterday and the part number is listed on their website but item is out of stock and manufacturer no longer produces it. Unfortunatly same old story.
  2. This transmission was given to too many drivers that years back would have only been given a 5 speed or two stick 6 speed. Nothing new most drivers havent gotten any better, they should still only have a 237 and a 5 speed.
  3. Does anyone have a list of the dealers represented by the dealer codes? I have a truck that was sold by dealer B348 on 11/23/1966. Thanks
  4. Its funny you say that most tandems have 52 rears and small rubber. We have always called them when we see them an "H&H Special". They always stocked and sold alot of them with that combo and bibeau bodies. Cambria and Trenton sold and stocked more trucks with 58's and 24" rubber and had stock truck with b-d body. Id say still 50/50 24.5-24" rubber mix in Central Jersey.
  5. I cant say if the center tow pin style (like on Jackb61sx truck) was only on 713's but most I have seen were optioned with that style. I have seen the standard stamped bumper on 713's too so that wasnt exclusive to the 613;s.
  6. Thanks for all the replies! JDFORDHD's trucks picture up above is the style I am looking for. I have a good bumper, just looking for the extension brackets and filler panel. Thanks for posting. Nice RW btw.
  7. I am looking for the extended bumper brackets and filler panel for a Superliner II. This is for the standard bumper and Not the center tow pin. I beleive UPS MH;s used these as well. Let me know what you have. PM me if you have something. Thanks
  8. That truck in South Carolina could probably only legally carry 12 tons. Im surprised that some one took it down there to use it for work.
  9. Looks like it came out of NJ. Idk whats up with the SCarolina on the door.
  10. "It is the pride of Mack Service to boast of Parts for every unit built reguardless of age. No Mack vehicle ever became an orphan. No Mack vehicle ever wore out." These are three phrases that are not in the Volvo vocabulary, only "planned obsolecence" . It is a sin what has happened to this once great company.
  11. notice the b model style bulldogs at the bottom of the door. factory wasnt putting them or the newer style on in 68
  12. whispering giant 500 on the bunk is cool
  13. Buy a Grover rebuild kit and leave it alone. You can rebuild on the roof. You are going to have to drop the headliner if you want to change it out
  14. Just try stopping 70,000lb plus on three axles with small brakes. You will gladly pay $250 a wheel for shoes.
  15. Put the 52's under that truck. We run 80,000 and I have 58's under mine. I know 46's will take it but I have always liked to have the truck able to carry the weight with the lift off the ground.
  16. I dont know the reason but not all RW II's had the cross braces. Might have been a standard versus heavy duty option
