If you want I can post these pics on the everything ready mix facebook page, has 2,100 members, and see if anyone is interested in buying the truck.

Is UPS still buying Macks? Doesn't seem so.
In St. Louis the new trucks are Kenworth and Peterbilt.

We had bought one of Five Star’s old mixers at Ritchie Bro’s down there. Made it back north about 40 miles and had to call it. Oil blowing out the blow by real bad. Can’t win them all.
Was it an rd? They had over forty mixers, lots of dm's, rd's and some valueliners.

It appears from the many pictures of the concrete agis that the companies dont seem to have a keen interest to have clean trucks and agitators, is my perception fair. Compared to our concrete companies, particularly Holcim, the Swiss company, which bought the Australian operations from Cemex of Mexico after Cemex bought the original Australian owned company in USA about 10 years ago, big presence in the Sthern US states of Texas, Florida - name just now escapes me. Cemex did not want the Australian and New Zealand operations. Locally Holcim has a culture of clean trucks, and most are owner drivers with real good contracts - they make good money
The ready mix companies here are all locally owned and they serve a population of 2.9M people, most trucks owned by local companies in bigger cities in the U.S. are dirty. You should see some of the rigs in New York!

Lovin’ that SuperLiner with the Stone Slinger
Big fan of unique combinations like that, there was a scrap company here that had a couple of superliners spec'd as luggers.

Any chance you can change the title to read what the thread is about? Like "Pictures of Macks you find interesting"
