  1. Merry Christmas to all you folks! And never be too old to learn something new
  2. Looks good on pics, hope it's priced reasonable. Why is the cab layed to the right side? Or is it just a surfase under the front wheels?
  3. It seems to me as a deal of Mack trucks inc. The ones I bought cost me $14x4 long and $12 short from Trucklight, as the watermark on the picture above. It was without shipping of course. They look almost the same as the ones on the cab wich are no doubt originals.
  4. We got something like that a couple of years ago. Many trees were broken on the road and were was a troube to get into a car when it was ice-plumbed all around.
  5. Thank you for posting, Ray. I don't use to see TV programms and like real reports about your country made by real trucking guys
  6. I double it. Being not a big American truck expert though.
  7. If you have no plans to use a trailer and plan this thing for a show only you may just paint the ply wood and end up with it
  8. I ment this one. It pained a bit different indeed but has some apperience with your F in common. The restored F is awesome, at least on pics. I saw some of from Dubbo show in the net, they were of a good quality and the truck looked damn attractive. I like to enjoy seeing Macks from your "side of the woods" as was written above. Vlad.
  9. I like the map lights wich keep the cargo moving over the right road. Probably the most nessesary thing in any cargo transporting vehicle.
  10. Tom, Cool pics as usual, many interesting, thanks. RW dump looks nice aside the river, did you use any panoramic camera or just some special mode in your common one?
  11. Cool pisc and the trucks. I like them F's both. If the memory serves me good I saw in the net Australian RW of the same red&silver combination. Isn't that superdog also related to you?
  12. Have you any pictures of those your trips? There are some of in the net, some were posted on here also. Looks like you have been crossing wild lands by the way.
  13. With those phone cameras we have much more chances to catch up interesting things around us. Nice car, good shot.
  14. Thank you for the idea, I too like how they look on your dump. I'd like to have something with bigger logos though because most people overhere doesn't know what Mack means and it would be good to put catching eye flaps. Good point to ask Matt Pfahl on the matter anyway.
  15. It's definitely a good idea. I'm going to keep red strip on my truck and the paint scheme in general. They look like the ones on e-bay, not shure those were rubber or plastic though. The price of $13 more seems to me as a sale, I'm in doubt they have them in stock for that. If anyone contact that company please let me know. I can call them but don't want to disturb guys with my nice French if they are already out of the stuff.
  16. Nice and clean dash. Interesting to know how looks all the rest of the truck. Vlad
  17. I'm in doubt you need blasting. When you start to sand with a paper you'll need to go from low grade to smooth being shure you get off scratches of a previous number with a current one. After blasting a lot of hard work with hard paper required to delete sand cavits so you need more steps. As finer a paper is as less work on that step.
  18. These flaps look nice on my mind. And I'd like to get such a pair because I plan to keep my truck green. I definitely saw them on e-bay but the lot was ended by time, contacted the seller and got the answer as I've written above.
  19. International shipping cost reasonable if do it with a container. It requires inside the US shipping to NJ though. If you'll get any ideas on the matter please let me know. Thanks, Vlad.
  20. You are right Tom, I hadn't been there. I drove rt 219 from Bradford, came on it off little and nice rt 46. But I didn't drive to Salamanka, headed to Buffalo along rt 16. There was some reason to, almost forgot why. Yea, I saw B-model near Holland sitting on the right side of rt 16 going to Buffalo but hadn't luck to make a picture. Glad to see your laptop in action
  21. The paint scheme goes to be very nice with red chassis. Little red details such the strip will relate good to big red frame. Hope to see her fresh and bright soon.
  22. It's nice to loose connections and stay with only yourself for some while. Twice as nice is to get back. Cool pictures. Merry Christmas! Looks like no snow in your area though
