  1. Thanks again Ron, This might be useful for me. I have such the 24 daytons with 24 rims and 12:00R24 tube tyres on my army Mack. MH has 24.5 rims on spokes and I thought they could be interchrgeble. Really I don't need that swap but now I know it's impossible.
  2. Here we need (needed, they have invented someting new and complicated just a week ago): 1 Bike starting from 50cc and everything 2 wheeled 2 Car - everything up to 3.5 tonns gross weight 3 Truck - everything more than 3.5 excepting "bus" 4 Bus - everything with 8 and more seats including driver 5 Truck and trailer - everything more than 3.5 gross when with a trailer So if I drive motorhome of more than 3.5 metric tons GW I must have "truck" And If I hook ANY trailer to such a motorhome I must have T&T, with is equal to CDL. As for me I have "Truck" now, so able to drive my Mack tractor but with no trailer/semi.
  3. 24.5 rim fits on a 22 tube type hub ??!!... That makes sence. I just thought 24.5 fits onto 24 and 22.5 onto 22's. And... What tubeless may fit onto 20?... Thanks a lot Ron, just had no mind on this easy thing. As for the tyre sizes, I found out a couple of misteries also. Once I got off a tyre shop 11R24.5 tubless tyre and 11.00-24 tyre and a rim. Being wanting to save the space in my car's trailer I resolved to just lay 24.5 tyre on the 24 rim being shure the first had lager ID and must fit on with some play. To my great surprize it wouldn't fit free but with a forse. So they both 24 and 24.5 looked like had almost the same fitting hole! Another story. I bougt 11R24.5 tyres for my R and layed them with the 12R24 tube type tyre I had for my NR army truck. Thought 11R24.5 must be about close of the overall diameter to 12R 24. Or maybe less a little bit. What i've found out you can see on the picture.
  4. This reminds me the talk about CDL. Do folks really need bicycle licence only to drive such a rig?
  5. Thanks Larry, I also have that stuff in plans to get over. Everything in my R-model needs attention and spares. The rears is not exception.
  6. I'm looking for a pair of decent doors, would like two sets of the tank running boards (L&R), maybe with the straps. Might be interested in a good T2090 but not shure I'll be able to pay a real price. Need stuff shipped to NJ some way.
  7. BS! The most thing I worry about is that we here strongly go your way.
  8. Sounds good Barry! Might a wish list be used for not only items showed out in the online store?
  9. I love the EH's. Sorry, not ready to start a deal yet. Vlad
  10. Interesting rig. I like how the front bumper was made of an original one.
  11. Yes, my country is big, I can burn tires anywhere and anylong Just kidding Actually I may burn (and do) old wood planks, paper, tree branches and some other garbage in my property with no troubles. I'm on the side of a little town wich is just nearby the capital (Moscow). Something of a kind like Newark to NYC. If I burn a tire I'd estimate chances to find police near my door not more than 50:50. And the same about fire fighters. Although the neighbours would be pissed hard and I'm shure will make me alot of troubles on keeping and working over my trucks if I really do that. We should live easy and friendly. If you drive a highway about 100-200km off the capital or further you have a chance to see burning tires in woods aside of a road. Don't know who and why do that but sometimes it happens. And one more interesting point to end up this theme. Grave diggers, when really cold, far below the freezing point, use to burn out a tire to melt a ground for doing their job. Haven't seen that in person but heard that's a common practice. Vlad
  12. That all sounds great. From the posted earlier I resolved Bighorns came to be an extremely rare beasts. Glad to know some ones still have them in operation. And... OD, I haven't seen any dirt on that grey KW's wind shields
  13. I also think that way. Pennsilvania is a friendly place, I like it. Not shure I'll be able to keep the stickers because both the wind screens had cracks. Although I hope to try remove them heating with a fan. No, I have to miss Macungie this time. There's the other event I'm going to visit near the dates. Omaha Beach, Normandy, France. 6 of June - 70 years since D-day. And that story is planned to be Mack-involved.
  14. Email worked for me fine. Just don't fill them up with questions, looks like they owerloaded with requests.
  15. Locking power divider in tandems is a relatively common stuff. If you're looking for inter wheel lock that's another story.
  16. Some ones use wind machines to produce energy, others have to burn gas to produce wind... What a crazy world! Hope all your trees go well and the harvest will pay back everything. As for the neighbours I think if they were really unhappy with the wind machines you may get heat burning old truck tires
  17. It's really a shit to meet a mixer just in front of you when you're in your lane, the sun is shining, the road dry and every thing else seemed easy. Makes sence that not only U-models requires a contra weight.
  18. Nice looking bunch of Macks. And the girl is tight dressed this time. If she's a girl... But she's not a coil definitely.
  19. Is this B&D Transfer from PA?
  20. If they still really use them in such a clean condition it's just fantastic
  21. Nice baby She needs some love for shure. I mean not only the girl. B sleeper is rare although I have some doubts on real chances to get 4 grand for her. Some slow haggling with playing interest might make a deal. Money saved means income. Or how do you use to tell it the right way?
  22. Those CDR carriers exist of the different ratios. You should look for, it's stamped in the front of a carrier, 3.86,4.17,4.46,4.64 and so on.
  23. Door handles and window cranks are avalible from Watts. If we talk about outside handles you may also look PAI for them.
