  1. Check out this completely restored crane truck From a local building supply business. This was the first truck the company bought, so owner wanted it back to new condition. Truck was at our head office dealership for A/C repairs recently. Sorry I don't have an under hood shot with lots of the parts chromed on the E9. Around our dealership it's referred to as "The Bumper" thanks to that giant chrome bumper!

  8. That reminded me of a friends Dad up here, who got tired of people running over his mailbox, he did a similar thing, 12 feet of steel pipe, with only 4 feet above ground and set in concrete, but with soil covering the concrete. one night a 4x4 with a big bush bumper tried to take it out as a prank. Surprise, truck stopped and barely marked the mailbox post. Ouch.
  9. What a beauty! Thanks for the build photos, it's nice to see the start to finish.
  10. That is impressive. My uncle hauled a lot of those from the Gulf Coast to Canada a number of tears ago. The heavy oversize stuff is always impressive, since so many challenges have to be overcome along the way.
  11. We used to have one of that breed, as a shop dog at a place I worked at years ago. Great dogs. I just buried the family dog last Monday. You sure get attached to them, especially after 16 years.
  12. OH My! That poor old GMC might demonstrate a runaway over-revving engine with that incentive!

  16. I hope he realizes there is no cure for truckitis!
  17. Iran looks like the Mack truck equivalent of Cuba for 50's American cars! Unique looking trucks. Thanks for posting the pictures.

  20. Anything before they put the emissions crap on! It won't let me vote, says I already have.
