  1. Hello. I have a 2008 CXU613 with an air assisted clutch pedal. When the clutch has no air in the tanks the pedal feels just fine but once air get to 90 psi and up, the clutch pedal drops all the way to the floor and I can’t put the truck in gear. As soon as you get the truck to under 90 psi the truck can go into gear again and I get pedal back. I’m just wondering if there’s a regulator or something I’m missing. I replaced the air cylinders but that did nothing. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.
  2. Yes. As a matter of fact it was leaving a good size puddle of water
  3. Yes. The clutch has a cover over it. I removed it to see the clutches. I lose power and the clutch disengages. If I supply twelve volts to the clutch it’ll kick back on
  4. I have a 2013 CHU613 and I keep losing my voltage at my compressor making the ac stop working. If I turn off the truck and turn it back on the ac will start working again briefly. I’ve ohmed out the compressor, changed out both pressure switches, swapped expansion valves, ac is fully charged, swapped out relays, changed out the ac diagnosis module and checked all the flappers in the cab. Any other ideas of things I could check would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
