  3. I was In Warwick RI yesterday on Jefferson Ave. I noticed some nice yellow RD dumps to my right. All the trucks were yellow with silver aluminum dump bodies. There were also a couple of tractors maybe superliners. I was wondering what the company might be. Looked like some sort of processing plant behind the trucks. Was in an area where you would not expect to see construction trucks.

  5. Do the newer Granites have longer hoods than the early ones or is it just that the cabs are deeper.

  12. Look up craigs list eastern ct/go to cars and trucks/type in macks. A listing in Wallingford Ct. shows 5 B's -2 U's -and an R for $20,000 B cabs don't look bad.
  13. Saw a granite for sullivan paving out of ivoryton. First time I've seen it. Couldn't tell if it was new or used. They have a couple of nice RD's # 25 and 33. Not sure of the # on the Granite.
  14. Looks like NEMF is buying a little bit of everything of late. Used to be Mack and Volvo. Now I see Prostars and Cascadias and baby petes
  15. Looks like a Chicago manufacturing truck cab. You can see the similarity to B Macks, Studebaker and IH KB's
  16. Didn't Associated transport have a relationship with Corbitt. I thought they had a number of Corbitts built specifically fot AT.
  17. Found several road building/asphalt videos on you tube.American Industries has 69 or so. Tilcon also has alot. I have been seeing those ex copar Macks running with American Industries on I95.
  18. I used to call the Mack F models (Night riders) because when it got dark they would hit the road like a swarm of bees. Those were the good old days.

  20. Would be interesting to know what was behind the business side of Copar. Their rise and fall was pretty fast.
  21. blackdog I saw a funny thing on I95 in ct. 4 copar Mack triaxles with no copar markings or numbers. Have they been sold
