I’ve got a 6-4 code on a 2007 Mack chn613 the lighting bolts comes on and the engine will idle up a couple hundred RPM’s fir a second then light turns off and back to normal can someone tell me what the computer reading is or something. Any help is greatly appreciated

I have a 2007 Mack CHN 613 maxitrack I use for a dump truck the lightning bolt flashes on the dash mainly in the morning when its cold and doesn't stop for 5 hours at least when it blinks the truck idles up and surges for a second or two and then back to normal it steadily does this as you push the pedal down I tried the flash check by holding the cruise down but I never got a flash or any thing any help is appreciated.
