    I have a 2004 Mack Vision that is throwing a code 3-1 which comes up to exhaust temperature. Will this cause the truck to cut back on rpm and loose power. It will only do this once in a while otherwise it runs good with no problems but when it does it wont hardly move off the spot. It makes no difference hot or cold engine temp.
