  1. I have a customer's 2014 Mack with M Drive transmission. I was moving it in the yard and was backing up. When I stepped on the brake and pushed the button on the dash to do to neutral, the bogged down the died. I cycled the key, and the reverse alarm was on like it was still in gear. The dash panel said there was "low transmission air pressure". The truck would not start again because it is in gear. The air tanks are at 100 psi. I pulled the drive line, the thing is in gear. No matter what button you push on the transmission control, it just goes from R1 the N1....but it stays in gear......anyone have a similar issue?
  2. I have just changed cylinder heads on a 2006 E7. The old heads just had a problem with the soft plugs and installed exchange Mack factory heads. When I went to start the engine, it sounds like a compression release is on, there's no compression and the engine is spinnig freely. I don't know what is going on. The valve train looks good and I didn't have to make much adjustment on the rockers from the old heads to the new heads. Does this engine have some weird compression release I...
