Yes got a reply back from the Mack Museum it is a DE which was built in Montreal Canada and sold out of an Ottawa dealer in 1940, it does have an EN12 engine with a 4 speed Transmission and 20 inch rims

These are the first pictures , nothing done to it yet still feeling lucky its mine,The reality of realizing what the f**k am I doing and more importantly how the hell am I going to get some of these parts hasn't sunk in yet,but I am ready for that roadblock and lucky that my wife thinks its really cool too!

Hello I am Chalky and I am a new member and owner of a 1938 Baby Mack that want to bring back to life, I am a previous Volvo and Mack mastertechnician currently a Foreman for Kenworth trucks in Hamilton Ontario and my spare time job is an Axle Surgeon. I am hoping for lots of help and plenty of input as God only knows I will need it Look forward to being part of the community and yes when I get time I will start posting pictures of the rebirth Chalky
