Good looking trucks. I think they had a 503 6 cylinder in that era along with others,but I could be wrong.

Supposedly the tires will wear less on pavement mounted backwards. Could neither confirm nor deny this. 

Kinda has that 1940’s Chevy grill shape to me. The way the soccer moms drive you would think they was driving something like that

Also there was the Rail Car Cafe in Stony Brook. A half dozen rail cars from passenger coaches to a few boxcars for dinning areas. Shame it's now the Curry Club Indian Restaurant.

Heck, I learned to weld cast iron from ChuckE9000  Young fellow, moved from Ohio down to Texas.  I needed to weld some cast at work, saw that video and tried it.  Worked just fine>  Have fixed a few things here at work using SS mig wire and preheating.

Ol Chucke2009 gets a lot of b.s. over some things, but he has a great channel

They come in real handy, I always tried to carry 4 2” straps & 2 4” portable straps. You would really be surprised how much I used them for the extra securement on the oddball loads
