A good parasite doesn't kill it's host. The recent strike was no good for anyone. 

I failed to mention, the cable is brand new. 

We picked up a 99 ch with a rebuilt mack 13spd, it has a new Eaton clutch in it, new cable, arm and forks. The clutch works great,  the trans brake is in adjustment as well as the clutch itself.  The problem is it pushes harder than any other truck I have ever driven.  Anyone have any ideas?

My gauges were easy to identify with the small plus and minus sign.

I believe you have to buy the entire assembly.

Get a set of Rochester fuel injectors. 

The main part is a Sheppard 392 and seems to be available. My concern is the angled piece at the top might not be available. It had a number 113191. I would hate to send it off only to find it can't be rebuilt. 

Does anyone have an f model steering gear? Mine is wore out.

He is a big farmer, and he sold it several years ago, I remember him saying he was the only one willing to drive it. He bought back off of an auction sale and has cleaned it up. If I would have been paying attention it would be in my fleet.

My local fire department has this for sale.

I was recently in both stores and priced out Jost 5th wheel plates. Yeah, $1600 at Fleetpride and $2600 at Inland. I've noticed Inland is usually more, even more expensive than my Mack dealer, but I thought this was ridiculous. 

I was trying to pick up a '76 rs700l I bought, I got it running and then it soon died. After cracking a few line open I realized it must have been some water in the tanks. Any help would be appreciated. 

A buddy of mine had a '97 e7 454 run away from him, it was the fuel pump. A week after getting it fixed he broke a rod bolt. Keep your fingers crossed. 

So sad to hear this. My condolences to his family. 

Beautiful. What was the last year of the 700's?

It's been a while since anyone has asked, but does anybody have a pair of aluminum fuel tanks for an R model with the step in them. I would be interested in any size or version. 

My plans are to put the body on an '87 valueliner with a 350 and a T-2090 and nu-way air ride. I was thinking about putting the intercooler up front and laying the radiator flat behind the cab with electric fans on it. If that's not enough to keep it cool one fuel tank will become a coolant reservoir. 

So this isn't factual?

Just got mine, love it! Definitely increases the heart rate. I will buy one next year too. Best wishes Mike.
