  1. I'm a private collector and scale modeler , I'm looking to find out if it is the Atlas truck bodies company that was making the Dump truck bodies for the Mack DMM600 coming out of the Oakville Mack plant in Ontario Canada ?
If so I'm looking to get the specs of those dump bodies to fabricate one for my own collection
the dump box was high in the front and had a slanted finish by the end .

  2. Ok.....so how many American investors were lined up to buy Mack and two, why didn;t it happen?

    Just asking.

If no one invested the big dollars in Mack like Volvo did, what do you think would have been the outcome? Would they have ended up sending production to Mexico like every other manufacturer in order to lower their costs and survive?

then if no ones wanted to buy back Mack ( or no one wanted Mack to be held by US company ) for whatever the reason then I say that I'd rather have seen Mack die right there . why let the company died slowly from cancer (meaning that Mack today is not Mack anymore) .

  3. That's way nicer than what I referred to him as. No chance of the shipper paying, he wrote the ticket to me. They used to write overweight tickets to the company, now they go to the driver. We were delivering to First Energy and they do have a permit for delivery trucks to run than section of road, but I didn't have a permit with me. We are hoping to send a copy of the permit to the court and get it dismissed. Patsy Moore, president and C.E.O. of F.L.Moore and sons told me not to worry about it, but I can't help worrying a little about a $6,357 ticket that's written to me.

I'd be scared sh.. too about the ticket !

  4. yep putting themselves in danger and having the workers paying the price ,they should hav a big bosses pay cut before touching any workers ! then if the comapany comes back to good time then you can give back a little bit , when a company goes into problems than EVERYONE needs to feel the pain .
