  1. Some great pictures on this thread, thought I could add a couple Reo's from the Walcott truckers jamboree. The maroon one with the bull rack is still used. Seen it a couple times out on the big road. Definitely an eye catcher.
  2. Thought I could post one of John Fishers F-model, although he has since sold this truck and it is in Indiana now. I took this at a Northern IL ATHS show a couple years ago. The truck is Cummins powered.
  3. Yeah but you need a bunk like that if your gonna have a waterfall. Think I'm gonna have to ditch the passenger seat in my B model just to make room for a waterfall.
  4. Here is a 1991 Superliner is from Stoughton WI. All these pictures are from the Waupun Truck n Show in Waupun Wi. This truck has a 311" wheelbase with a 100" sleeper with a waterfall inside. It has 250 led lights and he pulls a Great Dane reefer that has 150 more led's. Has an E9 V8 that has been turned up to 800hp and is backed by an 18 speed trans. This truck was also featured in the June 2011 edition of Large Car Mag. Very cool truck.
  5. There is a picture of that truck in Large Car Mag from a couple months ago. I also came up along side him on 294 one day and called him on 19. He actually answered which is a feat in itself nowadays, but we talked for a bit till I had to exit. Was a nice guy with a good looking Superliner.
  6. Almost forgot, here is a picture of a brand new Freuhauf my Dad almost bought back in the mid eighties. They did come shiny from the factory. You can post this pic up for inspiration. Your gonna need it.
  7. Is this the truck your talking about Superdog. This was also at the show parked a little ways down from the other 2.
  8. You need an actual buffer with a stick of jewelers rouge. Friend of mine did his hopper bottom last year. Think it took him about two weeks to get it done at a couple hours a day. I think you could make it look pretty nice if you got the time. Gonna be tough with all the ribs on the trailer. I wish you the best of luck.
  9. Got a picture of this nice looking Superliner and R-model at the ATHS national convention in South Bend IN a couple years ago.
  10. Got a pic of these two at the I80 Truckers Jamboree a couple years ago right after a nasty storm blew threw. Superdog, these look like they might belong to you.
  11. Thought these pics would be appropriate here. This is a 1928 Hendrickson that was at their booth at the Mid-America Truck Show in Louisville this year. Had a very interesting talk with the guy that was in charge of getting this truck restored. He said this truck was built in Hendrickson's Chicago plant 20 some years before they moved to Lyons. It was found in a garage in Joliet IL around 30 years ago. One of the Hendrickson brothers wanted to restore the truck so it was shipped to Arizona to his house but after about 20 years it just never happened so he shipped it back to Hendrickson. It was finally restored and is on permanent display with another truck at their office near I55 and Lemont rd in Lemont IL.
  12. Was staying out in Shelbyville and came across this R-model on a job site. The dog must have jumped off the hood to chase a squirrel awhile back and was replaced with a chunk of metal. Also a nice looking older White out in the show n shine.
  13. Found this good lookin B-model out back in the camper section. New York plates on it. Definitely not stock, looks like Pete low air leaf suspension. Best looking camper hauler out there. Was also a needle nose Pete out there but he left before I got a shot of it.
  14. Did like the big Titan though.
  15. Sorry I missed the meet and greet, was with other people who had other ideas. I loved the purple R-Model. He ended up winning second place for antique bobtail. Cabover Pete won 1st. Superliner was cool but had a couple scrapes and bruises, I'll still give'm an A for effort.
  16. Caught this Superliner at the Waupun truck n show a couple years ago.
  17. This is a friend of mine's 85 Autocar. I believe it has a 400 BigCam Cummins in it that has been turned up for pulling. He just uses it for ATHS shows and truck pulls. One of the last few A-cars left in this area.
  18. Will add another Superliner. This one is always at the Waupun truck show and always in the same parking spot. It is a 79 and is CAT powered. Beautiful truck.
  19. It's your lucky day Mack Mhe9, I have two better pics of that B-Model and it is owned by the same guy who has the blue Superliner.
  20. This is a Michaletz Superliner from Owatonna MN at the 2011Big Iron Classic in Kasson MN. The owner said it was restored in house and he even took it out on the track for truck pulls.
  21. Right you are Superdog. I have before and after pictures of the truck. The one with the fuel tank was taken at Walcott and the one with the lift was taken at Richland Center a year or two later. I also have one of yours from Walcott but I don't know if you owned it when I took this picture.
  22. You all can figure that out. It didn't arrange the pics as I had posted them.
  23. Suppose I could add a couple here. The first two are from an ATHS show in Richland Center WI, and the other two are the Back in Black Superdog leaving Gerharts last fall. Thank you Back in Black for the show.
