  1. Just for contrast, here's the group photo from 2019.
  2. I use a lot of foil, those ribs will smoke like that. I usually smoke stuff right in the grill grates first, then wrap it to finish it, then unwrap to smoke a little more. Except burgers and chicken, I don't use foil at all for them. My former know-it-all brother in law used to cover his entire gas grill with foil to cook hamburgers. Of course by the time they were cooked they were swimming in grease, so he might as well have fried them on the stove in a skillet. I only use wood and charcoal, never had a gas grill, and the grease dripping onto the coals makes more smoke and more flavor. There's a hickory tree in the edge of the woods right by the yard here that's been cut down. It's just laying there, I guess they cut it down for some reason when they put the house here. I'm working on cutting it up, I've been cutting "slices" off of it about 2" thick, so maybe I'll be able to split it. I'm going to put the pieces in the shed and use it to smoke with.
  3. We had some produce to pick when we got back. The darker yellow things are yellow zucchini, the other is regular yellow squash. The tomatoes and peppers are looking good too, especially since we've had no rain. We're having fried squash and onions for supper.
  4. We're finally home! Been gone since...a long time ago.
  5. You're welcome! I like to take pictures. Yes, Randy cooked a huge pork loin in that smoker, 9 lbs. By the way Zina said hi!
  6. Vicki from Florida's step counter thing showed over 10,000 steps yesterday, which she said equalled 4.2 miles. It was over 3 miles Friday, lot of walking!
  7. Yeah, I don't know who that other jackass is. He has a 1958FWD fire truck. All he could do was drive it by Macungie blowing the horn and waving- he couldn't stop because it doesn't have any brakes. 🤣
  8. Thank you, and sorry for your loss.
  9. Here's a couple of the dump truck from last year, since there's no telling when I'll be able to get this year's pictures posted.
  10. Well, I'm the old fat guy with a dog in one hand, a drink in one hand, and a camera in one hand. I was worn out yesterday and this afternoon when we left. Vicki from Florida has one of those step counter apps. on her phone and she walked over 9,000 steps yesterday, I'm sure we all made as many. Except for the dogs, one human step equals 7 dog steps.
  11. I saw a golf cart too, but a pedestrian messed the picture up.
  12. If it looks like I have a drink in each hand, pay no attention, it's just an optical illusion.
  13. Here's the traditional noon picture of the BMT members in front of the Watt's Mack tent at high noon. Kind of a light turnout this year.
  14. I saw this truck in the "For Sale" lot yesterday and got all excited, but there was no phone number or price on it. Just the truck I'd love to have. Clean as a pin on the inside, only showing 23,000 miles. Has a 6V-53 in it, 5 spd, 2 spd. rear. I could look cool and make lots of noise with that! But I got excited for nothing, apparently it's not for sale. It's parked over on the show grounds now.
  15. I saw that truck come in, I took a zoom picture with the camera.
  16. The Draggin' Wagon, formerly known as fuzzy buzzard.
