I found a pic of a South Jersey NO that was used as a wrecker. It was part of a collage from an old time dirt tracker. I give you "The Monster"

Diesel Nationals at Englishtown Raceway Park
Chuck P replied to JTFormula's topic in Truck Shows and Events
I just found this thread. Great shots posted on your Flickr account! Too bad the rain spoiled an otherwise great show. I was too busy working the race/show gate that I didn't get a chance to walk around. There was a nice mix of old iron this year. I really wanted to see those chaps from England run that JCB wheelie backhoe! -
Very nice setup. Is that the old Fred Craig GMC that used to be black? Good to see it's looking better than ever and hauling show trucks too. I found a Texaco tanker pic on the web. It had the logo on the door.

I captured that same sharp Marmon at Gerhart's in 2008. I liked the neat Cummins "Fireball" badge. Super sweet unit!

Jersey Macks

I didn't know where to post this but I shot the pic in NJ. I spoke to a friend of the owner who said they just finished it. It's a '66. -
R700 hood differences?
Chuck P replied to Bigdogtrucker's topic in Antique and Classic Mack Trucks General Discussion
From the R700 pics that I have seen it looks like they changed the forward cab mount in '77 or '78. That may have raised the cab another 3 or 4 inches thus the deeper fender. The top of the fender still followed the hood crease. The Western long hoods are another story all together. -
A new batch of random Macks!

The aardvarks ran black spokes too. -
New York Macks 2

B61 toy truck. I wish I knew the details on this one. Seeing the Cummins sticker in the back window and locking hub I'm guessing Dodge W3500. -
Some Superliner Pics.

Thanks for posting that Gary Gray truck from Delaware, NJ. I was looking for it all day. -
Jersey Macks

I remember Pomponio's trucks running sand trailers. Mostly all black Macks but I don't recall seeing the R-700. His son Skip had some beautiful needlenose Pete show trucks but I haven't seen them recently. This pair was taken in '08. -
Jersey Macks
Chuck P replied to vision386's topic in Antique and Classic Mack Trucks General Discussion
Hey Rob! Weather was overcast all morning and lots of trucks coming in all day until the rain hit at 2:00 pm. It rained steady from there on out and they never finished the racing portion. At 7:00 pm it started to mist and they let the monster trucks do their show as planned. Such a shame because there was a lot of nice equipment there. -

Big White captured at the White Truck Bash last month. I didn't check to see if it was the 3400. You can see the fender "filler" for the jacked-up cab. Rear shot shows the radiator.

I forgot I had this pic. Slowly returning back to the earth at Fleming's Auto Parts in English Creek, NJ.

There was a Diamond T Trend camper posted on another thread. Here is the White Trend. I'm not certain but I think these came with a small-block Chevy.

Mark, believe it or not but there is still a free-standing Roy Rogers in Pine Beach, NJ (RT9 just south of Toms River). Plus a handful strewn across the NJTP that are attached to the rest areas.
