Truck is Denver,Colorado. Interior is nice as well. Completely solid floors and rocker areas. Also, very nice steering wheel. Sorry, pics are turned can't figure out why. All gauges are nice shape, fuel is only one that doesn't work. It is wired I just never got a new sending unit for it.

Unfortunately due to health reasons and lack of time, I must sell my B61. Truck runs well and I have spent over 5K in undercarriage work, electrical and parts. I have put less than 1K miles since all of work was done and truck seems to be very reliable. Engine is 673 with duplex trans and 5.74 rear. Has spin on oil and fuel filters.

Less than 1K miles:

New kingpins, bearings and brakes

All original wheels and hubs sandblasted and powdercoated with all new hardware

transmission fluid and rear end fluid changed

New belt and hoses and newer batteries

New wiring harness, Everything works including mint original dome lights

Extra Parts:

Heater box from another truck mint condition with heater core ( not sure about one in truck so I bought this one to swap in )

All new clearance lights, headlamps and correct frosted parklights from Watt's ( not installed yet cuz old ones still work )

Have extra speedometer and cables for tach and speedo. tach worked until cable gave out recently, speedo hasn't worked since I bought it so got one off ebay

Probably some little extras I'm forgetting. I purchased truck from Dennis at oldmacks in 2012. truck runs very well and clutch and transmission work great. Will run in 90 degree heat at 5-10 MPH for two hours and never go above 200 degrees. Asking 16K or best offer, Thanks

I have straight pipe 4" on my 673 and it is pretty noisy but sounds good. I was thinking of putting muffler on it but am torn. Insid cab is bad with window down

Keep your eyes open on ebay. I had one original still in my truck and bought the other on ebay. Was 25 bucks I think.

hey guys! Haven't posted in awhile been real busy at work. I have managed to re-wire entire truck but need a new sinding unit. I was wondering if anyone knows the specific one for the round aluminum tanks. Does it have to be a specific amount of resistanc eto match guage? I think my fuel guage is original. also, my tachometer cable broke and I dont see it at Watts but maybe someone knows what the correct one is. Looks like same cable as speedometer. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! Darren

I unfortunately made the bad decidion to put the chinese bias ply 10.00-22 on my b. I thought since I was just cruising around town and with power steering I wouldn't notice but seems like way too hard of compound although I need to tighten up my steering box. Definately go with radials.

I would love to have the NOS vent windows and any door related seals. I completely understand where you are coming from. I did many other things before getting into Macks

[]I'm about to start on my interior as well. I paint luxury cars for a living and they all have versions of Dynamat in them from factory. We use the same thing only it is made by a company called Kent. It is the same thickness and is way cheaper than Dynamat. I am going to use a spray in silly string insulator on back cab and roof because it will still flex and is very durable. Most cars have it inder wheelhouses but it is not undercoating. I am also going to coat floor and firewall with a product called Lizard Skin. It is ceramic insulation and sound deadoning thick roll on coating followed by Kent version of Dynamat. that should reduce interior cab noise by about 50%

That truck is damn sweet. I just drove mine tonight to a huge cruise night here and got an overwhelming amount of attention. congrats on your hard work and well deseved 1st place. it is beautiful!

If you can get the stuff from 3m or Kent. I work as a professional painter and that is what we put back in Audis and Porsches. seems to be as good as Dynamat. Also a product called lizard skin on your floors I have heard is excellent for heat and noise but I bekieve it is a thick coating.

Thanks for the kind words. This is my first truck so I am learning and greatly appreciate everyone's incredible knowledge of these American icons. I kinda figured that everything looked original so it should just reconnect. Should the guages have the bulldog if they are original? Also, the tach has the same flexible metal cable and ends are the same which makes me believe that the cable is original. I will let everyone know what happens. Is there any sources for original guages these days. I am planning a trip through wyoming in the near future in search of parts

Hey everyone! Hope all is well! I have what I think is the original speedo in my truck. It has the bulldog on it. My tach looks old but doesn't have the dog. Anyway, the speedo didnt work when I bought the truck and Dennis sent me a new cable with truck. I located the original cable still attached to rear of trans so I fished up through dash and for the life of me can't get it in the speedo. The back of the speedo has a brass housing that protrudes beyond the threads of the actual guage. I have installed many speedo's through the years but this one has me stumped! Any thoughts?

I thought it was strange to have those steps too. I thought the gas powered trucks mostly had those due to not having big fuel tanks. would like to remove my left tank and put one of those steps since I will never carry that much fuel.

I would love to get my hands on those factory steps!
