Is a 1994 e7 with one cylinder bad and block broke worth anything in parts?...crank, one possibly both heads(recond. approx. 12k before it dropped the piston), turbo, 350 mech. pump(from swap), compressor, TECBrake etc.

This is all good advice and thanks for the feedback. It is a duplex trans. As far as working it, I was wanting to use it locally around town to move my equipment now and then.The running gear is in great shape, has air assist steering(might as well have none) with a small air tank. Wouldn't want to spot trailers all day with it. It is a neat old mack, big arms and lungs are just part of the experience. If I had 3K into it, could I break even if need be?

I am thinking of buying this '65 U600, runs and drives good, cab does have some rust. For it's age it's not all that bad. Just curious as to where it should be priced.

I will be making a trip from Charlotte, NC to Milford, CT and back the last weekend in April (26&27). Don't mind going out of my way if you don't mind helping me out. I have a 10ton fifth wheel trailer I can bring if that opens up options. The main deck is 20' with a 5'beavertail. Can leave earlier to and leave later from, if that helps. I have a RM690 and am looking for the headlight bezels part number:11MO36R. If the new ones weren't made in china, I might pay $60+. Greed is going to run all of us to the poor house trying to keep up these old trucks. Also, looking for an aluminum battery box cover(straight one) and a 6" air cleaner hat. 828-284-9189
