just looking for ideas. I want to buy an in frame rebuild kit for my end675T 237. My heads were done recently. completely new parts. Ijust need cylinder and bearing kits, along with gasket kits. pai sells a fairly resonable kit, or I can get the pai kit through my mack dealer, alot less than an actual Mack kit. what do you think?

Water Temperature Gauge Problem on CH612

Now I read the temperature at the thermostat housing and it is 187 degrees but at the back end of the water manifold, where the sending unit comes out of, it is about 175 - 177 degrees. The bottom coolant return pipe reads about 69 degrees. I am wondering if possibly the thermostat may have a little gasket material in it as I had my local Mack dealer last fall put new head gaskets on the truck and it has been sitting all winter. What do you think? -
Turns out I unplugged the connector from the bottom of the turn signal and plugged it back in and believe it or not, the brake light works. Thanks for all the help.

I run truck and I can't get the gauge to read up to temp. It reads 10-15 degrees low. I shot the motor with my heat gun and it reads 187 degrees at water manifold at idle, but gauge reads low. Does this sound like temp sending unit, or the gauge, or something else entirely? Thanks.

I'm positive it is not the bulbs and it only uses the sealed 3 prong bulb style anyway. I'll check the turn signal switch. The truck has been sitting so maybe the contacts are corroded. Thanks for the help.

The right brake light works when I press the pedal and both rear turn signals operate correctly, but the left rear brake won't light. It's the same bulb and wire as the left turn signal.

I have a two light tail light system. One for left side one for right. Both bulbs are good. Left turn signal works but left brake light doesn't work. This is a 2001 CH612. Any ideas?
