  6. Were 65,000 rears ever offered with a Superliner? I've personally only seen them with 58'000lbs in person, but have seen one out of Canada forsale online with 65's!

  9. Yes it was that had 100,000 orig miles ,tip turbine, 2 stick 6 speed, high level interior, even had orig. carpet !
  10. LoRusso's #136 , 1987 DM690sx, 300,mack 8 speed, 58 rears, had 15,000 orig. miles on it in 2008 when they pulled off the orig. mobile mixer and installed a new Biebeu body, and i drove her for the next 3 seasons , what a beast! but would only do 64 MPH

  12. What were/are the weight laws in Ct for the quad axles like this and O+G 's , I thought you could get a 80,000 lb permit correct? I've herd Hi Hi got into some shit with these trucks!

I had this problem once on my DM897, all I did was take the main air feed line from the tank to the starter off and dumped about a shot glass worth of air tool oil in the line , that made all the difference in the world for my starter , but if its not engauging it could be the Helex or the flywheel gear teeth are bad.

  16. Not sure what V8 you have , but i just replaced one on my ENDT866b, and it was held in by a crows foot / fork with one bolt then just pop it out and up "very tight on my truck". The one I received from Watts mack I had to take apart and use the very short drive shaft from the original, old tach drive, the one that came with the new tach drive was too long there for not allowing the tach cable to screw into the top of the drive . hope this helps Brian
  17. I have a 1974 DM897sx, that is in need of a cab , I was wondering if a much later DM600 say 1990's , or a same vintage dm600 will fit , or will fit with minor mods ? Thanks Brian

Well after hounding the owner for close to 8 years shes finally comming home on Saturday , Its a 1974 DM897sx, full triple frame, 65 rears, 23 front, ENDT 866, 12 speed, huge Bradon winch, and to top it all off, air start , get ready neighbors, frame has very lil rust considering its been in Connecticut its whole life , orig. owners were Arute Brothers corp. I cant wait to take her on her maiden journey 10 miles to my house , I will be looking for any good to mint condition body parts, cab , and front bumper if anyone knows of or has any of these parts???
