  1. Sadly like everything else times have changed back in the day when I was a kid dad had two Internationals with driptriots with luberfiners every new filter included a new o-ring so I would try a new one and bleed the air out
  2. All that work and all that money you would think they could afford a $60.00 Bulldog for the hood
  3. I just saw this truck on another site the name on the door is a company close to me they work construction in the local area run some equipment lowboy or two several dump trucks all brands now a lot of R-Model Macks in the past this truck was built to commenurate 70 years in business
  4. If any of you are interested in this truck why don't you call this person and make an offer on it and see what happens anytime someone puts something up for sale you have to have a starting point on price this is his asking price may or may not be his selling price like my dad and grandpa always told me when you have something for sale put your price high you can always come down but if you put your low you can't go up
  5. Where are you located PM me your phone number if you don't mind thanks
  6. That truck is down here by me I see it on the road all the time the farmer that owns it now spent a lot of money on it he had a R-Model painted the same way
  7. I can't tell for sure by the pictures but it almost looks like it has a Canadian spread on the tandem
  8. The B-615 also had the big radiator wider hood narrow headlight panels different panels on top of fender front and rear engine mounts in different place and the cab set higher off of the frame just to name a few things that are different between the two
  9. Yeah like Baddog said I misread it the first time thought it said air compressor sorry I few of the brackets are still floating around I bought one from someone on here a couple years ago
  10. Between the heads right beside the injection pump
  11. Damn Rowdy I hate to hear that not that it matters at this point but if you are over full on oil and not milky you could have fuel in the oil pan a sign of a hole in the top of a piston. If you drive a freight shaker for awhile I won't know it's you if I meet you on the road because I never pay any attention to freight shakers like I do Macks
  12. I know this is off subject but your paint really looks good
  13. Is it the same hood that came on the truck if so recheck your hinges for proper adjustment
  14. It's OK either way I was just making conversation
  15. Well I'll be I've done went and made the you tube
  16. The bigger the number the slower the gear ratio for example a 7.49 gear ratio is going to be way slower than a 4.17
  17. I am usually wrong but I don't think that is a 300 or 6 speed if it is a 300 it is the first one I have ever seen with a liner finer oil filter no fan clutch and a belt drive power steering pump instead of one on the accessory drive and the six shift rod on a six speed should be exposed and have a rod going to shift tower that sits behind the main shifter I also don't know about the mechanical parking brake on the back also no plumbing for tip turbine or air cooler
