  1. I have a chu613 mp8 2011, the pilot says to to park and perform regen. It won't regen with the switch. used vcads to to check for codes- no codes. Tried doing a manual regen an soot level is at 25%.perform regen and it came down to 1% and the smart switch still flashes with same message. Is there a campaign that fixes the problem or am I overlooking something. Any advise

  3. I've got a 2011 chu. The chech engine lights on with code 128, sa-0,spn-2659, fmi-16. It's telling me to check my owners manual for the description, but I can't find it in the book. Could someone tell me the description on this code?

  5. When installing the cup and injector, do I have to replace all of them? If so do the injectors have a calibration # that need to be programed into computer

  7. If the seals are failing in the cups/ injector and compression gases are entering the fuel system, I should be able to install a clear hose on the return line at the fuel filter houseing and check for bubbles/gases returning to the tanks?

  10. Are injector cups in the head surrounded by the cooling system on the mp8? If so shouldn't u get fuel in the cooling system with a cracked cup?
  11. I've had the same problem with code p094 and reduced power. I've been finding debris in the fuel lines at the bottom bonjo bolt on the ECM.

  13. The white smoke tells me the diesel isn't burning. If I understand, it run rough, u did the rail. Did u start the engine then tightened the injector line or it never started. If it didn't start make sure the engine was In time and u had the right spec. If it started then died u may have cracked one of the fuel lines when u tighten the lines and got air in the pump. But before all that make sure u have diesel in the tanks
  14. I'm getting fuel to the 7th injector. After that I removed it, tried cleaning it. Same thing. Installed a new injector. Samething.
  15. im having some troble with a couple of trucks. the truck starts fine but seems to run alittle rough after a cold soak for the first 30 sec., then clears up. the trucks speed limit is set at 65mph. the truck revs out at 2200 rpm and will only go 50 mph with reduced power with no trailer. i have code pp328!, fmi 14. the emission book that come with the truck said its the after treatment injector shutoff valve.the regen light switch is on in level 1. when i start the regin with the switch, it will rev up to 1200rpm for about 5 min then kick back out. i found a tsb online that said the injector was getting clogged with carbon from fuel left in the valve. i checked to see if i was getting fuel to the valve, getting fuel.i installed a new after treatment injector shutoff valve. dissconnected batterys for 30 min to reset the ecm.the regen switch came on right after starting, idled for 15 min. tryed starting regen but samething. if anyone know whats going on let me know
