  1. You need to put pressure on the egr side about 30 lbs and take radiator cap off and see if it pushes tge coolant out of the tank!

  3. Sounds like you have a power relay sticking nothing should be on with KEy off. Pull all four power relays out and see if it still does it.
  4. There is a plug for the fan switch on drivers side unplug it and jump it on the harness side and see if tge fan disengages if you have access to Mac III You can check switch status monitoring and see if ac pressure says on or off
  5. Seen it a lot definitely a pin loose on circuit board see it all the time but do make sure the the grounds are tight there is a bulletin for that take the wire terminals off the ground bolt and clean them
  6. There is a bulletin for the exhaust manifold bolts I can send you the link if you need it you change them to stainless studs and for the oil in intake pipe check your hose going to the air compressor there is a service bulletin on that to there should be a elbow facing towards the air filter if its not there or turned downstream towards tge turbo intake it will suck the oil out of the air compressor and send it through the turbo.
