Apparently, parts are hard to find for these Kelsey Hayes Disk Brake setups or I have been talking to the wrong mack guys. I have NOS caliber rebuild kits and pads that I have found but rotors have eluded me.Thoughts on who may have some rotors would be appreciated. cf685f Posted January 23, 2016 Author Share Posted January 23, 2016 We have now called everyone to no avail. Did Mack only place this setup on a CF? We have good calipers, pads, etc. just missing the rotors. Is it really looking like a complete front and rear axle swap is the only way to keep these old disk brake CFs on the road? NAPA cross referenced with out the suffix A , R3205 instead of R3205A. can't trust old people!Are all the other dimensions the same? If needed a machine shop can re drill the flange and plug the unneeded holes if necessary. The bad memory lasted in the US for quite a while. Shoop said he did.....and I like Shoop.....But when it comes to mechanical schtuff.....He's kinda out in left field. At least, you should be able to get parts numbers. If they say through Volvo they're no longer available (NLA), ask them to please cross the Mack part numbers (if that's what they have) to the vendor part numbers. For example, Mack dealers used to have a comprehensive Mack-to-Vendor cross-reference book. Dieselfool Posted June 1, 2021 Share Posted June 1, 2021 After quite a while researching, calling dozens of people and places I was able to find the parts I needed to fix the truck. I was able to have my rotors inspected and machined by the local machine shop, but I reached out to CRW truck parts in Jessup MD, with measurements and they gave me a part number for the rotors in the instance I needed to purchase new ones. I ordered reman calipers from Haldex in Marion NC. it took months, and they lost one in shipping. So I had to send my cores to be rebuilt. Part Numbers. Rotors: Gunnite R3064x Loaded Calipers: Haldex RH1002LX (fit both driver and passenger) with pads and hardware.
