But the increased complexity of the new trucks and the laws made them just kick the can for a while. While their "new truck" (2011 GU813 that I used to drive) hadn't given much trouble, they were weary of having the same luck with a second truck. So they instead put A TON of money into the RD. Only about half of what they would have spent on a new truck, they basically got a brand new truck, minus the frame rails.My buddy sent me these from the Mack dealer that did the work on Friday.New cab, new interior, new tanks, new fenders, new....everything. The R looks so timeless, I'd say a great return on the investment compared to new.
