Not sure where the picture was taken. I was thinking WHQ but there are no windows in the building. Perhaps the picture was taken in Hayward. The superliner replaced the 700s and thats when the RS/RL700 westerns stopped prodection. When Hayward closed they moved its superliner and RS,RL 600 production to PA and the RS/RL600 was then re named to valueliner? Posted February 21, 2015 Share Posted February 21, 2015 Looking at the pic.....They do indeed have Hayward grills, however I don't see any other indications that they are Hayward trucks, such as the Hayward-unique battery box, or the Hayward style air tank set up.
