Air change on transmission

On the stick there are 6 hoses numbered 1 to 6. On the gearbox there are 2 cylinders one larger than the other. they have numbers 1 to 4 on them. where should 5 & 6 go to. Which cylinder is low high. What is inside these cylinders? Do they have rubber seals that wear out?
The air goes though pressure reducers, can these cause problems?
Any help greatly appreciated.

There is a rebuild kit for this setup with little o rings, etc. Water in the system won't help anything so change the filter. Water may have already done a little damage and made the system "sticky".
The pres. adjustment should be about 65 psi. any more can damage the forks inside the case.

If water is present it could make the pistons to change the trans. forks act slowly or sticky. Rust can form which can also slow things down. If rust gets to bad then it can degrade the o-rings inside and then air will leak by the piston. When things are leaking really badly sometimes the air regulator is bypassed so more air psi is put into the system to make up for the leaks.
The little air regulators are to keep the psi around 65 so the forks don't get screwed up. When the problems then take over and the pistons aren't working freely, full 135 system pres. keeps the truck working but it is just going to get worse.
