Picked a bad day to do it as it was way too hot,but all the kids helped and we got it done without totally killing me off. Still have to get the vents replaced on the sleeper and get it to him,but I probably won't get it on right away, anyway.

I have a 34ft. gooseneck trailer with electric brakes and I would like to pull it with my MH 612. I have mounted the controller, hooked up the ground, the hot to the battery and the blue wire to the trailer connector. Now it says to hook the red to the cold side of the stoplight switch or brake switch, not sure where that is, can anyone help, Rifleman

59 Chevrolet Spartan

This was on display at a local new HD truck convention.... APNA at Tradex, Abbotsford BC

I talked with the owner, Glen Morrow, for some time as I noticed it had bus parts installed, he explained the evolution of design that took place and that he is now down to just a few small issues to finish. It is a working truck and he specialises in moving antique and expensive vehicles rather than general street work.

Engine is a Cummins diesel, Allison 5 speed auto trans, Telma driveline retarder out of a Prevost coach and a two speed rear axle on 22.5 6 stud rims.

Did JT just started drooling...??

the International was the only other vintage truck I saw there.... too many tricked out Peterbilt's with enough lamps to light a small town, obviously I took no photos of them.

1965 C95

Well I need some help. I have a Mack fire engine 65' C95 open cab. I broke it and need help getting it fixed.. The brakes locked up on it and I broke the drive train. Not the drive shaft but the part that goes from the transmission to the pump / transfer case. It has a flange that has about 10 bolts that goes down to a part that looks like the PTO gear on the back of a large tractor.

Two questions

1. Can it be taken apart and fixed or does it need to be machined?

2. How can i get the broken part out, do I need to remove the pump / transfer case or just disassemble the lower half?

Thanks in advance

This got towed in today. Hit a building an thats when the Connecticut DMV got called in. No registration, no insurance, no US DOT #, no medical card, no license, 8 wheels out of adjustment, blown tire, broken spring, no log book, no pre trip inspection, no annual inspection, no name, no fuel permits, etc. and people wonder why there are DOT/DMV, State Police inspectors. At least they caught this one usually you see trucks hauling oversize loads at around 5:00pm on Sundays leaving the auctions.

Things I Bought at Macungie!

Well, don't know if I posted these before, but oh well. Heres the stuff I got at Macungie. U model hood latch, pretty sure it's for the passenger side. But I really don't know. I actually didnt buy this, Papa did. I found and was like Papa I'm gonna go pay for this, then he took it and said nah I got it. So then we were walkin along, and I found these sweet tan padded door panels!!!! So I picked em up and looked em over and thought to myself, I've been wanting a pair of these, and for the price they were I thought it was a good deal. So I took out my money and gave the guy the cash. I walked out of the tent and Papa said what're those? I made a quick deal before he even saw. Hahahahah. I took these pictures on Papa's tailgate at the hotel. I can't wait for Macungie 2014. I will make the picture next year too. :-). Vinny
